Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream for Dry Skin

So I ran out of my La Roche Posay moisturizers and needed a substitute moisturizer. Ran into this one at the grocery store. It has hyaluronic acid, which is known to keep moisture in. But the thing with hyaluronic acid is that if you're in a dry area then the moisture will be drawn from your skin. Gotta keep that in mind when purchasing creams/lotions with this ingredient. But when you use it after you wash your face it'll trap the moisture in.
The consistency, as it is stated on the package, is somewhere between gel and cream. The moisture I get from this cream is good. But in the middle of the day I feel my skin losing the flexibility so then I reapply it even if it's for dry skin. So because of this I wouldn't go for this cream again. But if you have normal skin then it can be a perfect one for you as it's a good budget cream.

Ingredients for this one; Water, Dimethicone, Glycerin, Cetearyl Olivate, Polyacrylamide, Sorbitan Olivate, Phenoxyethanol, Dimethicone/vinyl Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Synthetic Beeswax, C13-14 isoparafin, Dimethiconol, Carbomer, Dimethicone Crosspolymer, Chlorphenesin, Laureth-7, Sodium Hyaluronate, Ethylhexylglycerin, C12-14 pareth-12, Sodium Hydroxide
